Ayurveda is an ancient medical science with its roots in India. Ayuh means life and veda means knowledge. It is a truly holistic practice that can help you find greater balance in every aspect of your life. In my Ayurvedic consultation in Berlin, I bring the light of Ayurveda to you and guide you with suggestions for your daily life, so that you can become your own healer and improve your health, no matter what comes your way. What is an Ayurvedic Health Consultation like? An Ayurvedic Health Consultation begins with a holistic view of your health (body, mind and spirit). Before we meet, I will send you a wellness questionnaire about where you have been in your health and where you are now. Based on this, and after seeing you, I will determine your individual constitutional type (vata, pitta, kapha) - this will give us a direction to uncover your true state of health and where you can go. You will be given recommendations on - What and how to eat, - Your daily Ayurvedic routine, - Ayurvedic herbs and treatments, - Breathing techniques - on meditation so that you can put Ayurveda to work and stay well! Ayurveda is the most beautiful tool for self-awareness, giving you the chance to gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of yourself and to take your health into your own hands! By making small changes to your daily routine or diet, you will find greater balance in every other aspect of your life. Initial consultations last 75 minutes to allow for a thorough assessment as each person is unique. Follow-up sessions are around 60 minutes or longer, depending on your needs. We can use telephone and FaceTime to connect with you wherever you are. Of course, you are also very welcome to come to our warm and welcoming space at MITTI for your skin&soul in Berlin's Mitte and I would love to get to know you personally over a cup of specially prepared Ayurvedic infusion. Package of a 75-minute initial consultation (with pre-survey wellness questionnaire) and a 60-minute follow-up session: 168 EUR Second and subsequent follow-up sessions (60 minutes) 88 EUR.
